Sustainable production of food using organic methods. Recognition of the environmental costs of distributing food over long distances, and appreciation of the variety and quality of seasonal food picked at its peak and eaten fresh. Participation in food production and personal knowledge of the producers. Recognition of the the costs involved in the production of the highest quality food and supporting the right of producers to a fair return for their labor.

It has been our family farm since 1960, converting from conventionally grown crops in 2000.
